¿Do you make shipments out of Spain?

Angkor do intencional shipments. If your country is not in the chart, contact us and we will inform you.

¿Do you have shops ?

Yes, we have 5 shops,  You can check in shop´s section  the location in Mallorca Island. 

The orders can be picked up in one of our shops with no cost.


- ¿How long will my order will take to arrive ?

International shipments by Correos will take  6-7 days to arrive to destination . By DHL will take 24-48 hours.

National shipments by Correos will take 2 days and by DHL 24hs.

Delivery time start when order is delivered. Time to have an order ready to be shipped: 24 hours. Orders paid by bank withdrawl will be shipped when we get the money in our account.

Credit Card orders will be shipped 24 hours after we get the order.


- ¿Is posible pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is not accepted. You can pay by bank depost, credit card, or PayPal. 

 

- ¿Do the prices include TAX?

Yes, prices are tax included, you can check in the invoice, that tax amount will be dissaggregated.

Orders from European comunity have tax included.

Except intra comunitty operators. In that case, we need you tax ID number  and you do not need to pay tax.


- ¿Do you have a paper catalogue?

No, we don´t. We are adding new prodcuts all the time so this will be outdated. . 


- ¿Do you have a mínimum order quantity?

Angkor´s customers are free to order the quantities they want. It is not a mínimum order. 


- I would like to order some product that I just bought in other oportunity and it is not more avilable.

The best way to look for a product is by refrence number. If you cannot find it, it is possible that is not more availble. Please contact us and we will let you know.


- I have a shop, ¿Do you have special prices for wholesale?

Angkor sell for retail and for wholesale. If you are interedted in wholesale prices please contact us and we will give you information.

As terms and conditions can be updated (by technological changes, new laws, new ways of selling, etc) we recommend you to visit regularly  to check if there has been any changes in terms and conditions.

 

Customers

To be registered you need to click in REGISTER in the upper menú and complete the register form . As soon as your account is created you will get a confirmation email. From that moment you can star buying and checking information and products, your invoices, orders, or change shipments adresses.

If you do not want to create an account and make a quick order, you will be asked to complete a form with a special information for shipment and payment.  But every new order you will be asked to complete t+your details again.

 

Orders

To make and order you have to add the products in the shopping cart. You would be asked to accept terms and conditions, you need to choose payment option, shipment way and finally confirm the order.

After that,  you would get an e-mail of order confirmation.

 

Stock

Products available have a limited stock. Products that are not available cannot be purchased. If you would like to be notify when a product is available again please send us an email to info@angkor925.com and you give us the reference you are interested in.  

 

Security

Siringo y Bettoli asociados  S.L. take special actions to guarantee confidentiality of personal information. Only autoriced employes have access to databases that have information of our customers and the server that host our web site..

In any case Angkor,  store credit card and bank accounts information. almacena los datos relativos a tarjetas de crédito y cuentas bancarias de sus clientes. Our payment gateway of La Caixa make payments  by credit/debit card independently from Angkor.

 

Returns & Refunds

Customer has 14 days since she/he gets the order to return the complete order, or part of it, by shimpments cost paid by him/her, except when the return is beause Angkor resposibility, so we will pay shipment cost.

In case customer would like to make the return has to senda an email to info@angkor925.com.

In the return, the customer need to add a copy of the order and the invoice.

As soon as Angkor gets the returnal order, and after cehcking coniditiosn of the godos, Angkor will proceed to refund the amount, previuos deduct, in case is necessary, the cost of damages since we get the order, or in case original packaging is not in the returned order.

The refund would be done 14 days after the customer has informed us the intention of returnal.

After this 14 days expire and Angkor has not get any comunication of returnal, we understand that the customer accept the complete order, and no complaint will be accepted.

 

It is very important to be really carefull with the use of lotions, perfums, medicines and chemical products that can affect skin´s PH and can cause decoloration of the jewellry.

Handle your jewllry with care: do not swim, shower, excersice, etc while wearing your jewellry.

 

Angkor covers only manufacturing defects; it does not cover any damage sustained through incorrect use, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, regular wear and tear.

This coverage is void in case of faulty maintenance or improper repair. You are responsible for any postal fees necessary to send the Product to Angkor’s return address found below.

Incidental or consequential damages are expressly rejected. Angkor accepts no responsibility for lost, broken or damaged clicks, charms or accessories

 

Retun conditions:

a)   Products cannot be used, or damaged.

b)   It has to be with original packaging and labels

Complaints

The parties submit, at its option, to resolve conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, the courts of the legal address of Siringo And Bettoli associados S.L.

The interpretation and enforcement of conditions and all the acts resulting from them, shall be subject to Spanish law except there are public provisions contrary to this law enforcement .

By accepting the Terms of Purchase, you accept the Terms of Use Data Policy and Data Protection, and is obliged to comply by law.
